Registration details

The registrations will open on mid-Novemberber, 2020, and the registration procedure is the following:

1. create a Sciencesconf.org account using the button at the top right of this page OR open your session if you already have an account.
2. once the session is open, click on "Register" in the left sidebar and follow the instructions.

Registration fees schedule for JDS2021

(*)People who are not members of the SFdS have the possibility of joining the SFdS (details here) before registering for the JDS2021 in order to benefit from the reduced registration price.

The fees for JDS2021 are composed of:

• participation in scientific sessions and software demonstrations,
• the acts,
• the social activities proposed via internet

How to pay

Payment can be made by one of the means described below:

• online by bank card: when you choose online payment, you are redirected to the SFdS payment gateway. Click on the type of card used then fill in the requested information. Do not forget to click on the red CONTINUE button. Your payment will be made once you see the message indicating that the payment has been taken into account and that you have returned to the conference site. At the end of these steps, you will receive a payment confirmation email. If you encounter any difficulty, contact the organizers at jds2021@sfds.asso.fr.

• by order form: the order form must be sent to the treasurers of the event.
  The order form must:
  • be made payable to the Société Française de Statistique
  • indicate as reference the name of one of the participants
  • preferably be sent by email to Christine Malot (malot@unice.fr) with subject [Bon de commande JDS 2021] or be mailed to the address

            You will receive a payment confirmation email when the payment has been validated by the event treasurer.

• by bank transfer: When registering, the bank details of the JDS2021 will be given to you. If you have not noted them, contact the organizers atjds2021@sfds.asso.fr.

Cancellation conditions

Reimbursement of registration fees will be possible on written request made by email to jds2021@sfds.asso.fr before May 8, 2021, and there will be a deduction of 100€. After this date, no refund will be possible.

Certificate of attendance

A certificate of attendance will be given to you when you come to the JDS 2021.

Modifications

We ask you to communicate to us as soon as possible any modification that you would like to make on the options of your registration, by sending an email to jds2021@sfds.asso.fr.
